Sahar Education is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Seattle, WA, that provides education for girls and women in Afghanistan. Working through trusted grassroots partners, Sahar delivers underground and community-based learning programs that continue despite the educational ban imposed in 2021. Programs include IT and coding classes, English language learning, tailoring, literacy, health education, and women’s empowerment workshops.
